ATTY. REGIDOR PONFERRADA is a lawyer and an industrial engineer with several years of relevant work experience. As an industrial engineer, he worked briefly for Nestle Philippines, Inc.’s Supply Chain Management Division before dedicating himself to the practice of the legal profession, specializing in criminal and civil litigation.

He is a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, wherein he was a member of The Order of the Purple Feather Honor Society, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, which he obtained from the same university as a full scholar of the Department of Science and Technology.

ATTY. ROBERT TY is one of the Founding Partners of the Firm. He is the Vice President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Manila III Chapter, one of the youngest to have been elected by his peers in the profession. He is also a former member of the Editorial Board of the prestigious Philippine Law Journal and a member of the Philippine Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Atty. Ty holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in History from the Ateneo de Manila University.

  • Represented several entities in financing & merger and acquisition deals with an aggregate amount of Php1 billion.
  • In particular, acted as sole adviser for the acquisition of Filipino startups with an aggregate value of Php500 million.

ATTY. WIVINO E. BRACERO, II is an experienced corporate lawyer with vast experience in the public affairs, entertainment, and advertising industry. This stems from his previous work at Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines Inc. (formerly Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc.) where he handled sales and marketing contracts.

Atty. Bracero earned his Bachelor's of Laws degree at the University of Santo Tomas and his Bachelor's of Arts Major in History at the University of the Philippines Diliman.

ATTY. GLENN B. REALO heads the International Transactions Department of the Firm, having had extensive experience in advising foreign companies on commercial business-to-business transactions and business-to-client transactions, especially in the Middle East.

As the former Deputy City Administrator of Taguig City, Atty. Realo has provided advice and assistance to international companies in the fields of telecommunications, infrastructure, banking and finance, construction, building management, information technology, design consultancy, and logistics, just to name a few. He is currently a member of the faculty of The ONE School in Makati City where he teaches various business law subjects.

Atty. Realo was educated in prestigious institutions abroad such as: the University of San Diego, where he took up International Comparative Law;  Barcelona, Spain where he earned a degree in International Contracts; and London, United Kingdom, where he also earned a degree in both International Business Transactions and International Entertainment Law

ATTY. JENNETTE D. ROBINO is the head of the Infrastructure and Aviation Department of the Firm.

She is the former Chief Legal Counsel for a leading Southeast Asian international carrier where she proved herself more than capable of leading key negotiations, handling complex projects including importation of  essential machinery and equipment, coordinating with regional management and appearing as the Airline’s representative in regulatory hearings.

Atty. Robino earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Sto. Tomas. She then pursued law and earned a Bachelor's of Law Degree from San Beda University College of Law, Mendiola.

  • Represented companies in dealings with the government particularly the Civil Aeronautics Board, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Department of Finance, Bureau of Customs.
